Terms and Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

It is your responsibility to check all the details and aspects of your order are correct during the checkout process, all errors must be rectified within 24 hours of purchase and prior to dispatch/collection. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, let us know within 10 days.

2. ORDER COLLECTION

Once you’re notified your order is ready for collection, you should collect within 10 days, unless otherwise agreed with management.

3. DELIVERY

Home delivery can take up to four weeks from order, we will arrange a suitable date with you as soon as your artwork is ready for dispatch. Please visit Xennial Gallery website for the most up-to-date information on the delivery and collection of your artwork. Delivery time frame may be extended during busy periods.

4. RETURNS

Xennial Gallery will not accept returns for collected items, it is the buyers responsibility to inspect the items prior to leaving the premises.

5. HOME DELIVERY RETURNS

Although we check every piece of art before it is dispatched, there are rare occurrences of art being damaged whilst in transit. If your piece of art has been damaged whilst being couriered, please contact us to organise return of the item. We will require photographic evidence of how the item was delivered, prior to opening. The piece will need to be wrapped in as much of the original packaging as possible, placed back into the external packaging and sealed for us to arrange a collection.

Goods will not be accepted for return unless we are reasonably satisfied that they are damaged, faulty or defective.

6. ITEMS DELIVERED OUTSIDE THE UK

To arrange a delivery outside of the UK, please contact us prior to purchase so that a suitable delivery quote can be provided, any orders from outside the UK that have not been agreed prior to ordering will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders that are delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These additional costs are outside our control and must be payable by the customer to the local organisation concerned. We accept no liability for failure to comply with any local laws or regulations.

7. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING PROCEDURES:

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations we are legally required to carry out checks using your personal information when required. Additional information may also be requested in lines with the requirements of the checks in progress. You will be informed of these checks taking place and the necessary information needed (consent to these checks are not legally required to carry them out, however).

8. VAT:
 
The price of products sold by Xennial Gallery are exclusive of VAT, Xennial Gallery is not a VAT registered company.
